Garden Surprises

I love carrots! The neat thing about carrots is that they grow underground. So you don't experience the new flower, growth of the vegetable, changes it goes through like you do with most of your other vegetables. I've been blindly waiting all summer long for my carrots to be ready. It's so rewarding and fun to pull those big, orange, dirty carrots from the ground.
